Our mission at TSO is to treat providers and patients alike with the utmost respect and timely communication. You will find our service efficient, professional and one which offers a friendly team to assist you and your patients.
Refer
Referrals will go though to our dedicated team, we pride ourselves on a quick turn around to see your patients from when we receive your referral letter.
Referrals should be emailed to: referral@tso.nz, or sent via Specialist Referrals or via Healthlink (using EDI TSOrthorp)
Information on the referral should include:

- Patient contact details
- Insurance claim number
- NHI
- Date of Injury
- Overview of injury
- Name of referrer and patients GP (if different/available)
- Relevant medical and drug history

Having all the required information ensures we can see your patient as quickly as possible.
Consult
Your patient will receive a consultation with us, within two weeks.
Following the initial consultation, you will be forwarded a copy of the letter stating findings and treatment options.
Treat
Once your patient has agreed on a treatment plan, we will inform you.
We will call you as soon as investigative results are through and discuss the next stage of your treatment.
Discharge
When treatment is completed we will let you know your patient has been discharged from TSO and of the outcomes.
We are on hand to provide you and your patients what is needed to achieve the best outcome for the fullest recovery possible and a service you can rely on.
